Prayers and Faith Confessions

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before You today with hearts full of faith and expectation. We thank You for the privilege of gathering in Your presence and for the assurance that Your promises are true, and they are for us. We declare that today is a day of victory, favor, and breakthrough because we stand in Your truth and righteousness.

We boldly proclaim that we are the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath, and blessed in the city, blessed in the field, and wherever we go, Your favor goes with us. Your promises are our portion, and we declare them over our lives today.

Psalm 23 is our declaration:
The Lord is our Shepherd; we shall not want.
He makes us lie down in green pastures,
He leads us beside still waters.
He restores our soul;
He leads us in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
Even though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
We will fear no evil, for You are with us;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort us.
You prepare a table before us in the presence of our enemies;
You anoint our heads with oil; our cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives,
And we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

We declare that the will of God is being done in our lives today. We align our hearts with His perfect will and purpose, knowing that He has plans for us to prosper, to give us a future and a hope. We trust His timing, and we believe that His plans are greater than anything we could imagine.

Now, we put on the full Armor of God:

We gird our loins with the belt of truth; we declare that we will walk in honesty, integrity, and righteousness today.

We put on the breastplate of righteousness, guarding our hearts and minds with His peace, knowing that we are made righteous through Christ Jesus.
We shod our feet with the gospel of peace, walking in harmony, spreading the good news wherever we go.

We take up the shield of faith, with which we will extinguish all the flaming darts of the enemy. We declare that our faith is strong, and we trust in God’s promises today.
We put on the helmet of salvation, knowing that our minds are renewed, and our thoughts are aligned with the mind of Christ.

We take the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, and we speak life, health, and victory over every situation. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment we condemn.
Finally, we pray in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication, being watchful to this end with all perseverance.

Today, we declare that we are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus. We are empowered by the Holy Spirit to live boldly, love deeply, and walk in the authority that has been given to us as children of God. We are walking in the victory that Jesus has already won for us on the cross, and we will not be shaken.  My life is getting better each day in every way.  EVERYTHING about me is getting BETTER.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we believe and receive these declarations over our lives today. We walk in God’s promises, His perfect will, and His protection. We declare that we are victorious, we are more than enough, and we are walking in God’s divine favor.
